"B Street did a great job on the body work of my pickup, but as for the customer service aspect they were definitely lacking. They "forgot" to send the additional invoice over to the insurance company handling our claim. Since they had forgotten to send an invoice for "39.99" they refused to give us our truck for 2 days even though the work was completed, waiting on insurance approval for 40 dollars... They were awful at communicating with us about the reason they could not give us our completed truck. I would rather pay $40 to get my truck than another $200 in rental car expense, but we were not given that option. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for decent customer service."

"Hey it’s Jaden! Wow you really fixed my 2022 Honda to look new again. I was so shocked when I saw it. It actually looks better than new or before. The bumper is lined up and matched paint perfectly. The location was close enough I could walk. You worked great with my existing insurance claim. The staff was all super nice from on the phone to the front desk. I liked the updates provided and the way the staff showed they cared especially when the guys took me out to my car to talk about it fully before and after. Very professional I can’t say enough good things here and I do not usually leave a review but felt the need too. Highly recommended!! Thanks again !! Also adding. I forgot to mention. they detailed my car inside and out. Windows. Mats. Everything. And comes with warranty on the work. Tysm !"

"Did ok. Got home and had antifreeze everywhere because the radiator cap wasn’t tight after they replaced the radiator. Noticed several things at pickup, but got quite a bit of fast talk. Was obviously a rush job. Didn’t fully paint replacement parts (pictured) but looks good from a distance. Called and explained and got “bring it back and we’ll top off the radiator”. Not worth 50 miles of driving and time off work for that for me. Hopefully I don’t need the lifetime warranty. I suspect “we’ll get that addressed with the team” was their double talk for “please stop complaining”."

"The entire team at B street did an amazing job. They kept me in the loop the entire time we had some issues with parts coming in damaged so we had to extend the original finish date but it was worth the wait. My car looks brand new. This is the second time I take my car to them and they don’t disappoint."
