"If you need a study room for quiet to take a test or really any reason i would recommend to pick somewhere else. They are not welcoming whats so ever, they have the speakers blarring in the study rooms that took me by surprise both times im 34 weeks pregnant and that couldve put me into labor lol and they were pushing me out 10 minutes before closing. Knocking on the door multiple times. I understand people want to get home but it was an extremely important test just alittle bit of grace or time so i can fully concentrate. It really gave me no time to look over my work and i nearly wasnt able to finished which would have caused an even bigger situation. If it was 5-10 minutes after closing i would totally understand knocking on the door along with It was my first time and I started crying after because of how much stress they added on to everything. They shouldve addressed closing time ahead just to make sure if it was so important to be out right at closing. I had a horrible experience i hope its not like that everytime for other people. I know i wont be coming back."

"First off my family loves OPL but this branch has constantly been rude and not helpful at all. I went in today for a simple thing and they made is so difficult that I ended up leaving and going to another branch where they were more than happy to help. This will be the last time we go to Saddle Brook. The manager even came up and she was not helpful at all nor empathetic. I am really disappointed in this branch. We have been to almost every other branch and had great experiences."

"Our family love the OPL, but this is the only branch that is poorly run/managed. The clerks are very rude and non-helpful which shows management does not see this as a issue or care to resolve. It is not uncommon to hear the staff yelling at patrons in this branch, something I have NEVER heard at any other branch. My suggestion is to go to the Millard branch, which has excellent customer service, very helpful staff and is always a great experience."

"My grandchildren and I love this library! Its beautiful and the staff is SO friendly. There are a lot of books and activities for children. They are enrolled in the summer reading program and I’m excited about their growing love of books. The library is a big part of that!"
