"The owner, Jeff Schram, knows his stuff. He is kind and takes time to listen and understand the issue. My truck had been acting up randomly for several months, but no instrument panels lights were coming on. He invited me to stop by anytime while the shop was open when the issue was occurring so he could use his experience to put a finger on the problem. A few months later, the problem got so bad that my truck finally experienced a critical engine failure and had to be towed back to Papillion. Jeff was able to work me into his schedule due to a recent cancellation. FINALLY, the problem was properly diagnosed. Jeff is a trustworthy and quality businessman who calls in a timely manner and provides options - he's almost like a friend. He's super nice, too. I think what was most impressive was his documentation of the problem, including pictures, foul parts, and hands-on explanation - without me even having to ask for that. We live in a world where I'm not sure who to trust with vehicle repair and hope the bill is not getting suspiciously inflated. I was 100% comfortable and confident with Jeff and his team getting me back on the road. They are doing great things at Papillion Foreign Motor."
