He will listen to your needs and vehicle, then make a reccomendation for you from there. He will do his best to get into your pricerange and for that he deserves a promotion."

"These guys are clowns! I have spent so much money at this store over the past 4 years on an abundance of vehicles that we have owned and continue to have nothing but problems with this store! My two most recent problems occurred on two different vehicles, one my wife's pickup was brought in for routine maintenance and days after she got home we noticed one of her wheel center caps was missing and they didn't install it correctly. These wheels are custom wheels Discount Tires paid for because they messed up our factory wheels the first time they were ever rotated at 5,000 miles. We waited to ask them about the center cap for a few days as we were putting new tires on my wife's Mustang and we ordered the tires in person, set the appointment then told them about the center cap. They said they ordered it and we brought the tires off the Mustang in her pickup bed at the scheduled time and they installed the tires and she came home. When I was getting to them I noticed they were mounted wrong, balanced wrong and couldn't even install 4 matching valve caps! So Saturday morning we drive them up there (off the car still) and explained that the 3 right side tires won't work on a car that has 2 left side wheels and 2 right side wheels, asked them to rebalance the tires correctly and please install 4 matching valve caps as it's a show car and it had 4 matching valve caps when we brought the tires in. I was told this would take 2 hours and I calmly explained that I had an appointment earlier in the week for them to be done the right way and that wasn't going to work for me. So he assembled a small team of people that had no idea how to work on tires as I watched nervously through the windows. Then I asked about the center cap that was ordered and not one person knew anything about it. I was even told the person that my wife talked to a week and a half prior had not worked at that store for over a month! They proceeded to say they would order it Monday morning and be in touch. When they finished the Mustang tires and put them in the back of the pickup they still weren't balanced correctly and still failed to have 4 matching valve caps, but we now had 2 left side and 2 right side tires for the car so I left with knowing I had more valve caps at home and I would just have to take care of it on my own. My wife wanted to update her contact information so Monday afternoon she called and the center cap still wasn't ordered and after a brief hold he said he did order it and that it was coming from California and this would take 1 to 2 weeks to receive. So here we are a month later and still no word from the train slowly making its way from California, I ordered a new cap myself from the internet ($40 of my own money) that will be at my house in 2 days and like the valve caps it's no longer worth fighting over. And these are wheels that we had to get replaced by this company in the first place due to them damaging our original wheels that we had no intention on replacing to begin with!"

"Wait time for a flat repair was very reasonable; 30 to 40 minutes. They showed me the object that pierced my tire which was appreciated. One technician indicated I needed new lug nuts. Another decided no, but that in the future I may need to have the lug nuts hammered off. Not sure what this means exactly."

Michael, Miguel, and Johnathan are always great to work with and take care of what I need. New kid Stephen did a great job as well.
