"Hands down best spot to take your vehicle. I told them specifically what I wanted done (oil change) when I bring my car in they don’t ever try to talk you into other services like most places do. They are very kind and do great quality work! Thanks Lyles!"
"I had Lyle’s do a brake and tire replacment job on my pickup. They did great work. I was treated honestly and fairly. I would recommend them for any vehicle work."
"I recently purchased a used tire for an older vehicle of mine. After the install I drove home which is about 1 mile from the shop and that is where the vehicle has been ever since. I have not driven it anywhere else. About a couple weeks I noticed the tire was losing air. I pumped it back up and watched. After another few weeks it was going flat again. Looked like a very slow leak. Took it back to Lyles. They had it repaired in no time which is great. I asked what they found and got the reply, “I think it was a nail or something”. What is not great is that they charged me $25 for the repair. When I pointed out that the vehicle had only been driven 1 mile from when the tire was purchased to where the leak ensued, I was told “you could have picked up that nail on the way home”. If it actually was a nail (the report of this sounded more of speculation than direct knowledge) then yes, it is possible that I did pick it up on the way home. If I been regularly driving the vehicle then yes it would be reasonable to charge me for the repair. But, since I only drove it 1 mile from when the tire was installed, I would have given the customer the benefit of the doubt if the tables were turned. It's possible that the tire had the slow leak when it was installed. Between my wife and I we have several vehicles that we operate out of our home and I cannot recall the last time we snagged a nail. In the end it’s not about the money. $25, whatever. It’s the principle. I am also shopping for a set of 4 new tires for a truck I own, probably going to spend in excess of $1k. I will definitely not make that purchase from this shop."
"Fast service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They got me in and out with a new tire sensor. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because it was raining and they didn't protect the carpet in my vehicle. I have a very light interior, and my carpet was dirty and black on the driver's side."
"I was looking for new rims for my truck. I had looked on line for a few months. I decided on a set of rims just to find out there was a several months backlog on them. I decided to get a set of Fuel Vapors and started looking around. I was going to order them on line, but decided to check with Llyles in Council Bluffs. Not only could they get them but the price was very good. These guys are great to work with. I highly recommend Llyles Discount Tire in Council Bluffs."
