"Josh really helped me out in a pinch while in town working. He made it apparent that he understood I needed a quick turn around and completely delivered. If I’m in the area and need help, he’ll be the first guy I call."
"After Taking My diesel Promaster to three different shops that told me they couldn't fix it. I was recommended to Josh From a good friend. The service was outstanding. Josh is everything that you could ask for in as a mechanic. He was professional, honest and got my truck done in a timely manor. These guys will definitly have my business from here on out. Thanks again"
"I recently had my car serviced at Syndicate Diesel and I was extremely impressed. The staff was friendly, the work was done quickly, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs! They don’t just do diesels they do AUTOMOTIVE as well. They answered right away, got me in and fixed the issue of no air in my car quickly as this heat wasn’t going to be good with littles and no air in the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business and will be going to then for every issue on my vehicle from here on out!!!!"
"Brought my vehicle in for some after market parts to be installed to fix some known issues with my trucks engine. I brought with me all the parts needed to do the fix. I was advised to bring my vehicle in on a Wednesday. I dropped it off at the shop on Tuesday evening so they could work on it first thing in the morning as it was when I was told to bring it in. I did not hear anything all of Wednesday and so after 5PM I called and asked when I should come out and pick it up, to which I was told that they got a later start than they thought, so they wouldn't have it ready until Thursday now. I was a little confused, but understand that things come up, and agreed. More than 1/2 way through the day on Thursday I called and wondered when I could come and pick it up, to which I was told it now wouldn't be ready until Friday. I was upset, but again said ok but that I 100% needed my vehicle by the end of the day Friday since as I own my own business and need my vehicle 100% on Saturday. I then get a call on Friday early afternoon stating that they have broken 2 bolts taking off my inter-cooler, and they cannot get them until Monday at the earliest so they cannot get it done. I was quite furious, but again understand things happen, so since we live close to a bigger city, I started calling around to find said bolts so they can finish my truck so I could have it on Saturday to run my business. After 45 minutes of frantically calling around I found the bolts they needed. I proceeded to call Syndicate to let them know I'd have the bolts to them in like 1.5 to 2 hours so they could finish my truck by the end of the day. Instead of them being thankful or relieved, I was told, well even if you bring those bolts to us, we cannot get it done. I was boiling at this point and started asking a lot of questions as to why, what happened, what can be done, what got lost in translation, but did not yell, or curse, but admittedly spoke sternly. I then left to get the bolts since I had paid for them. I get a call from the "owner" at this point and he tells me I made his secretary upset and he refused to finish my vehicle and to come tow it out of his shop because he wouldn't finish it. I then had to find a tow truck, and another shop that could just get it back together in the next few hours as again I needed it the next day for my business. I got the bolts, and found someone who could tow it to a repair it before Saturday. It was quite an ordeal, simply because they couldn't do what was promised. The kicker to the whole situation is that the bolts were never broken. They just called and LIED to me about it, because they knew they wouldn't get it done in time, and instead of owning up and telling me, they tried to hide behind broke parts. Please do better, and own up to your mistakes and don't make promises you cannot keep about getting things done on time."
"Josh and his guys did a great job on my repair and at a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to get me back up and running. I will recommend Syndicate to everyone that needs quality repairs on their diesel or gas vehicles. It’s very hard to find good honest people and these are some of them. I Highly recommend!"
