"It’s always a well oiled machine at Lexus of Omaha. You’re greeted immediately. If you’re their for routine maintenance and wait in their “cafe” there’s plenty of places to sit, including a little outdoor patio that’s beautiful or just sit at the coffee bar and watch the March Madness games on the big screen TV like I did when I was there. They’re fast and comprehensive so the wait seems like nothing. Oh, and log into the WiFi and get some work done while you wait if you’re on your “lunch break”. I really dislike taking my car in for service, but if I have to, Lexus of Omaha makes it painless as possible. It’s one of the many reasons while I’ll always drive a Lexus.
