"Purchased my vehicle at Nissan of Omaha and have always gotten oil changes and service there, but they have apparently gone downhill. Basically spent $243 on an oil change. Took it in for scheduled oil change and told them had been hearing rattling noise. They charged me $154 fee to tell me I needed a new exhaust. Total bill was $243 with the oil change. Quoted me $1600 to do the repair. Took it to House of Mufflers and had did the repair for under $800 and charged me nothing for the estimate. Will not be returning."
