Sunglass Hut at Macy's

"NOT the same as an actual Sunglass hut with it's own location. Worker onsite wasn't even familiar with the warranty and tried to tell me my 2 year, no questions asked, replacement warranty didn't apply and it's only been 6 months. I explained the warranty as it was told to me and she just says, "You're not getting new glasses" with an attitude. I went to an actual Sunglass Hut store and the worker immediately saw my receipt in the computer and gave me replacement sunglasses no questions asked. He even said he doesn't know why the other location would tell me my guaranteed warranty isn't applicable. Go to a brick and mortar store, this little counter shop inside Macy's is useless."
