"My hoses came on the delivery date. But, it appears I ordered the wrong hose. I found out the hose I wanted has been discontinued. Shucks!!"

"This company deserves a -0. The worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. Weather delay when the weather is fine is the first scheduled day of delivery. Second, left a door tag for me to sign no delivery. So I signed the door tag and the next day driver came tore the signed part of the tag and didn't leave the package. Still don't know if I'm gonna ever recieve my shipment. Horrible ,lying customer service. Never will use this company again. I am a driver for a local freight company and would never provide this kind of service."

"The delivery drivers are the worst. Year after year they don’t take any considerations during deliveries. I have had Christmas presents ruined the last two years. I have tried calling for two years and have gotten zero assistance. They can’t even be bothered to answer their phones. I avoid using FedEx at all costs now. I avoid buying things from companies that use FedEx. I don’t have these problems with UPS or USPS."

"Driver told me she wanted me to pick up the package myself at the facility I told her I would not/could not do that and now they basically refuse to deliver my package too me. They keep claiming that I wasn't there to receive it/ business was closed however I specifically called into work just so I could be home to receive the package. Customer service does absolutely nothing, and I am absolutely fed especially because they keep claiming the same thing daily."

"Fedex Ground under Blake's Express out of Sparks, NV delivered and damaged packages which stained our driveway pavers. We filed a claim immediately with Fedex who took over 8 weeks to investigate, and then denied our claim without an explanation. Blake's Express is impossible to get a hold of and is hiding behind Fedex for the damages that they caused. We have asked for more details of the denial but have been completely ignored. UPDATE: I was able to locate Mason Blake's cell phone phone number. I believe him to be the operations manager as he manages drivers and shares the same last name that is stickered on the trucks. On 9-17-21 he answered my call and was attentive as I described what happened on my property due to carelessness of one of his drivers. In that conversation I felt that he listened and was a little bothered by the fact he was unaware that this accident had even occurred. In that conversation he said he would get back in touch with me as he was prepping for interviews. Since then I have made contact with him via text and his one reply indicates he has been crazy busy but would follow up that was on 9-22. Today is October 1st and I am yet to receive a response of any kind from Mr. Blake. My impression is that Blake's Express is hiding under the umbrella of the corporate elephant in the room and therefore tries to escape liability for an action their small business created."
