Little Caesars Pizza

"I don’t even need to taste the food to recognize I won’t be back at any little Caesar’s for a long time. I ordered my food through the app which was actually convenient, they give me a window of 5 minutes to show up, I arrive at the later time knowing that it will take a little bit. I am the only customer in the store for the first 5 minutes after being told it is coming out right now. I then proceed to wait 15 more minutes while 4 other customers come in ordering and leaving with the same exact food that I ordered. Luckily after all of that time I hear them say to start working on my order. All I needed was two crazy puffs and apparently ordering 15 minutes ahead of time then waiting 15 minutes after the supposed pickup time isn’t enough. I wouldn’t mind the wait itself if the time that the app told me was even close to accurate and if they weren’t actively handing my food away to customers that arrived after me and didn’t have an online order. I can be flexible but this was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. Edit: After posting this review I waited another 15 minutes for a total wait time of 45 minutes, 30 of which were after the pickup time! All of this and no acknowledgment about the wait I just endured."

"I've been going to this location for many years. It's always been above average. I tried to buy a lunch special today at 2:05. Normal window ends at 2:00 but traffic was backed up. They wouldn't sell it to me. I missed the cut off by 5 min. They had one sitting in the warmer! I saw someone order one on a Saturday at 3:00 PM a week ago at this location! Way to go LC! Are you telling me the on-duty manager doesn't have the ability to do an override for a loyal customer who wanted to buy a pizza that was going to be thrown out anyway? I'll switch to another location with better customer service."

"Ever since the long-time manager Ethan left, this place has gone down hill. Second visit here after going here weekly for 25+ years and they didn't have my order ready again. Placed orders through the portal and they're never ready. First one was completely lost. Had to get refund. Second one was not ready after I gave the order a 4 hour lead time. Probably won't be coming back here."

"Pepperoni pretzel crust with pizza sauce 1.5/5 The undercarriage was just sad Lacked pizza sauce which would've made it pretty decent Better than the normal pizza"

"Never really had a complaint always been average until today... my deep dish pepperoni looked like 2 bad microwave pizzas stuffed into a box. The worst pizza I've ever had from little Caesars. Then there's my pretzel crust pizza no idea what happened there regular crust with cheeze sauce and pepperoni not the worst but not what i ordered. Won't be going back for a while."
