"This location cares so much about window times they will fill every waiting stall. To order something like fries and mc Doubles to have to wait 15 or more minutes every single time is a complete joke. I've had sit down locations serve my food faster"
"The place is nice looking and the staff is usually nice but the food has been horrible lately. The fries are never hot. I've waited 40mins for food once and got cold fries lol. Idk if they changed the oil or are cutting cost or what but the fries almost always are cold or room temp and taste stale. Not to mention the prices have gone up so much. Not worth it for stale fries."
"We were there for an early supper, and no one was at the counter to take our order. We had to say something to get an employee to help us. Other than that, I enjoy this location. The food is always very good (as McDonald's food goes). We don't frequent McDonald's anymore, though, because honestly, the prices are outrageous anymore."
"My cheeseburger was a special order. They made it wrong. Fries were stone cold. No one was at either of the pickup windows, so I drove around again to the pay window, showed my receipt, and explained the situation. The gentleman told me his coworkers were acting like brain dead squirrels that day. It was ridiculous."
"Ever since this location was remodeled, the food quality has gone down a lot. It's very inconsistent. I've gotten lots of different wrong orders, and fries are rarely hot. Service is fast, so that is good. I think they focus so much on being fast that they forget that the foods important too!"
