"I cannot say enough about my experience at this store, and the employee that helped me! On Friday Jan 5th My husband and me found ourselves in a situation after the holidays a little short on the rent, stressing and already 4 days behind we reluctantly decided to pawn our 75 inch flat screen momentarily until we could pay the rent and get it back again… unfortunately, I have been forced time or two again to use pawnshops for a quick cash and to come up with money in any case of emergency and I can say that going to the pawnshop is never a pleasant experience. Nobody is happy about having to give up items that they paid full price for and sell them for a quarter of what they’re worth if even that . But the employee that helped me honestly turn the situation into a much easier one for us. If I could give her 10 stars I would. We arrived 45 minutes before they were closing, if that, and went in to make sure they would take our TV before unstrapping it and bring it down from the moving truck and carrying it in… The clerk came out with us to our truck and helped us move. The TV in herself. Also helped us to put it on the TV stand when we brought it in and hook it up for us. She was completely catering to us in our situation, knowing that we had mentioned we were behind on our rent, she went above and beyond to help us she explained she could only offer us a small fraction of what we told her we were looking to get and she explained what other items did they often take in that we might have it home and be able to get the rest that we were short on rent? She turned a very embarrassing, shameful experience into something very pleasant and enjoyable she was the most catering helpful person I’ve encountered in my entire history !"
