"They sold me faulty pants the zipper was broken. The pants were worn for less than an hour. Tags were still on and they won’t accept a return request. These pants were $125 and they can’t be worn. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The owner is extremely rude and condescending extremely unprofessional. I hope this business turns around because if they don’t then they will lose it. If they are unable to accept a return because they can’t resell it how is that my issue. They sold ME a faulty item. This business is terrible I will never come back and neither should you."

Commissioned local freelance artists to paint murals on her wall and put them through an intense work schedule for it. Never gave them credit & sold them rusty slide blocks. Claims to be the first Latina shop when she knows it's not true. When asking her to hold herself accountable, she will block you to ignore her wrongdoings. This is the urban outfitters of skating. Also claims to be for the community but doesn't do much for the community unless you're in her inner circle."

"The owner is extremely unprofessional. Multiple freelance Artist have expressed they did not get fully compensated for their labor. She blocks people when inquiring. She has blocked about a dozen local skaters from her social media pages instead of addressing concerning issues. Also, the company claims to be the first Latina owned skate shop in Las Vegas which is not true & it is extremely disrespectful. Management/Owner refuses to take the false information news article off the social media page. This is how I became blocked. I simply asked her to be accountable. I feel very disappointed with the shops management and how conflict has been handled. It is a real bummer…"
