"Ordered my “quick ship” holster March 25th of 23. Ask if I received it yet? This company is a complete joke. No emails. No reply’s. No communication. Yet they’re pretty active on IG with there giveaways. I’ve given up on ever getting this holster. I’ve disputed my transaction with my bank and never got the refund bcuz they said the item was shipped. So I checked my statements and got charged for the holster again after I called my bank. So here we are. Still no holster and still no reply’s. I guess this is how you run successful business, by stealing money from hard working people. Thanks standardco, great job."

"Buyer beware. Ordered two holsters on Oct 5th with a 15 day lead time. It is now Nov 28th and I have nothing. Sent several emails and a DM on their Instagram with no response even though they claim to respond within 24 hours."

"I ordered a holster in November 2022 and have yet to receive a response from my emails I’ve sent or on Instagram on order status or if I will even receive what I paid for. Don’t buy from this company they will take your money and not send you your product."

They finally blocked me after I made a comment on a couple of their posts. Doubt I'll ever get these holsters. Don't waste your money here."

"Standardcousa used to be a decent holster company a couple of years ago. As of late (approximately 1 year) their CS, ability to fill orders, and holster quality has severely degraded. Oct 31st, 2022 I ordered 3 holsters totaling 168 dollars, with lead times of 21 business days and another for 16 week. In feburary of 2023 I was in the process of moving I emailed standardcousa to inform them my updated address with no response. I tried again in March of 2023 after more than the 16 week lead time for a status update and my new address. I have a total of 5 emails with no response. I tried social media (IG) twice. On Instagram they replied saying they were going to respond to my email which they of course did not. At the 27 week mark I was completely fed up with no response to a simple address change. During this 27 week wait Standardcousa was actively pursing more orders and pushing sales of a glock trigger, instead of fufilling current purchase orders. All their social media was locked for a while and they routinely deleted comments in relation to order statuses. Fed up I sent a final email asking for a status update, all of the emails being cordial and polite. After no response I issued a chargeback via my Amex. Of course they finally respond after a couple of hours of the amex dispute. Amex gives the vendor the ability to fufil the order and reverse the chargeback. However, standardcousa emailed me saying that they could not fufil the order because their is an open dispute, which is absolutely insanity. In the time it took standardcousa to respond about MAKING a piece of kydex. I moved houses, received a supressor, and got a semicustom langdon beretta. Tldr: they will take your money and not send your order. They will delete all social media and bad comments in attempt to veil their shotty CS. Avoid at all costs. I got lucky that Amex was good, some people are waiting a year plus for holster orders."
