"Very dissatisfied with this company's representation, as a 1st time consumer! And this company was recommended! I had an appointment scheduled for 11a on 4/8, with Chris (I believe). Business came up. I called and spoke with him at approximately 8:30a to reschedule for a later time on 4/8. We agreed on 1p. I get there at 1p. I called the 2 numbers I had, from the company, back to back, a total of approximately 15 times, over a 10 minute span of time. No answer. Even knocked on the window. No answer. I do understand things come up. However, I did not receive a courtesy that no one would be available or to reschedule with me. I drove 25 minutes for this appointment. My time was wasted. And after 45 minutes, sitting in the parking lot, I decided to take my business elsewhere."

"Went yesterday to design and buy my letterman jacket. Outstanding customer service! Will definitely recommend to anyone getting a letterman as these are quality products. Can’t wait till mine comes in and I can pick it up!"

"TERRIBLE They have the worst service ever. They are polite, but being polite is nothing compared to their service. They are very unorganized and every time they tell me they will call me. They never follow up. I only got things done if I called or went in person to put pressure on them. It's rediculus. If they dont have what you need in stock. Don't make an order. Go elsewhere or order online. I was planning to buy trophies from them 1 a month. NOPE I was supposed to get my order 4 days after ordering. It's been 2 weeks and I've done 3 trips and still have to make a 4th trip to get all my orders. I ordered medals and they don't even come with the ribbons. How are people supposed to wear the medals and I wasn't told. They have the worst communication. If you follow up on your order make sure you speak to the same representative, because everyone else is clueless."

"My daughter wanted a complete rhinestone patch for her letterman jacket. I went in to the shop told them what I wanted. They stated they do not make rhinestone patches but could find out where they could get one. I received a call a few days later with good new on where I could get the rhinestone patch. Went back to the shop with my daughter designed her jacket and a month later it was all done. We could not be happier with the results and service we received."
