"I never post a review... but tonight I need to. Called at 10:27... was told "we'll be there in 15 min" 3 different times. Finally picked up at 1145. Whole ride, driver was b*tching about our route, the routes the dispatcher put her on. LYFT can't take hold fast enough, BOJI rides needs to step up to the customer service plate or get out of the customer service game."

"I wish I could give you a review of how their service is but I can’t seem to get anything coordinated after nearly a month of trying. I’m attempting to plan a corporate party and needing transportation for 2 different days. After emailing my request, I received a phone call back with the estimate (reasonable rates) and the gentleman started rattling off the address of where to send the check (yes, check) for the deposit to hold the date. I was driving at the time so asked if the information could be found on their website to which he stated “nope! That’s how we keep our costs down!” and the same response when I asked if I could get a receipt for the corporate expense I would be writing a personal check for. That was also the response he had when I asked if he could just email me the information. I wasn’t aware replying to emails was a large expense..... I’’ve been playing phone tag with them ever since and each time I leave a message it takes them a few days to return my call. Although they receive my emails they refuse to email me the information needed- so now I’m a week out of my meeting and haven’t really gotten any further than when I started a month ago. It’s beyind frustrating! Stay tuned to see if I ever get the service I’ve been asking and am willing and waiting to pay for despite all the obstacles! I love Okoboji but it’s sad and hard to do business with establishments that are stuck in the 1990’s. Don’t forget your checkbook!!!"

"We were in Okoboji for a bachelorette party and they were dishonest about when they would pick us up. The wait time we were told was 15 minutes... An hour and a half later there was still no taxi. We kept calling and they kept telling us they were on their way. We were very disappointed with their service."
