"Carriers beware that this brokerage company uses your trailers without authorization. To call things by its name - thieves. They were ready to go for anything until they got their load recovered. One of our tralers was involved in accident while used by ITS, they used 3rd party carriers insurance to repair it but didn't want to pay for almost 4 months of downtime for repair. Nichole Pedro manager for safety and compliance don't care about reputation of her company and denies downtime"
