"Ups was unable to deliver an important package that was supposed to arrive on Friday. Not sure why they probably just decided they didn’t feel like taking that one package for some absurdly strange reason but y’ know when has ups ever actually been able to deliver something correctly or on time. After waiting the weekend for my package to finally arrive on Monday it turns out that someone working at UPS stole the pc out of the box and replaced it with 10 bricks of fentanyl."

"Yesterday my package was not delivered due to “severe weather event”. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky and zero wind. This morning they text me that my package is undeliverable again. Even though I have been here watching the entire time. They never attempted to deliver the package. Then I attempted to chang e to pick up via their automated system (torture), they charge my credit card and then say they can’t make the change request. I never have these problems with. FedEx, postal service, or Amazon drivers. Only UPS. Awful service!"

"My packages are not being delivered. When they arrive they are not in the porch. I have waited all day today for an item that just never came. Tried to call c/s and you are closed! I am wondering what happened to our old UPS driver? He never misses a beat. I am furious. This new driver needs to be released from UPS. He is lazy and no professional. Where is my package. It is after 8:00 pm Did he just drive back to the hub? I used to trust UPS but as of late Fed Ex is taking over for on time deliveries. So, disappointed."

"I had pkg to return from Amazon. I flagged down a UPS truck here in Kingsbeach. H E was so helpful, took my pkg and said, not to worry he would take care of everything! He should get a gold stare for his customer service ! Thanks"
