"We had to book through this company for a recent soccer tournament. Bad weather made us cancel our trip. They charge upfront for the entire stay despite not being charged by the hotel until guests checkout. Also, the room rates charged were substantially more expensive than the rate if one was to book on their own. They would not refund any money even though they were not charged by the hotel. Beware of booking and read the fine print"

"I have been very disappointed with their customer service. A soccer uniform that was ordered over a month ago still has not been received. Other players on the team received their uniforms in 2-3 weeks. Now my child’s season has started and he is the kid on the field in a different uniform. The payment has already cleared my account so I know it is paid for. I have tried to contact them by email and both phone numbers they provide for costumer service for over a week now and there has been no response. Their ability/willingness to provide what was paid for or even communicate with a concerned customer has been a very negative experience."
