"This was by far the worst service I have ever encountered. I will never use Jackson Hewitt again. I made an appointment for advance 12noon. Got there lady was being trained I don't mind I've have over 20yrs customers service. Then few minutes after starting two ladies walk in they are walking around the office chatting so figure they are management or owners so the young lady who was training the lady doing my taxes was called away by the two ladies who walked in this location she then comes back in gets all her stuff and leave the trainee who is doing taxes for the first time. The trainee gets up goes outside to speak to the two other ladies and come back and someone calls to help her over the phone. I knew this was an issue this lady had no idea of what she was doing. And apparently the other person on the phone either after 3 and half hours she say we're done and these numbers look wrong but ok. So I apply for advance gets home over hour later no text or email denying advance. So I got on chat and they said the paperwork was rejected due to error on it, and told me to call the location, so I call speak to Susan on location she told me her and manager went over it and I was just denied. It maybe denied its such a small amount but I still would like confirmation of denial. This was just all around unprofessional situation and my last time ever going to another Jackson Hewitt."

"Lisa is a big help; she listened to my story & got me my first ever tax refund — $7000 — I’m very excited! I didn’t even have to go in until it was time to sign. However, they are hard to contact as all locations have the same number. Be sure to get an address when you set an appointment otherwise, you’ll be like me calling around to figure out where your docs are located. Do not allow them to talk you into using a prepaid card unless you know you’ll get approved for the advance. I would’ve preferred having my taxes go in my bank."
