"This office apparently has no respect for their customers' time. I arrived early and waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I expressed that I may have to reschedule, all I received was OK they didn't check to see if they would be available soon, nothing. Make sure to allocate an hour wait time before your appointment, so don't miss any appointments you may have later in the day."

"I had an appointment with Veronica, and my 2 y/o threw a tantrum before we could complete my tax return. A rude lady from the back office to the right was screaming and telling me I had to leave. I left and Veronica gave me a call to ensure everything was okay and to reschedule. Veronica has great customer service, she's very professional, and she genuinely cares. Will be going to her from now on to do my taxes."

"Careful when do taxes here. Tracey was polite on the phone but aside from her..... with this location, unfortunately there's high school drama. Another employee called me to complain about one of her employees and my lord..... not needed. Went to another location. Won't go back there again. Good luck."
