"Requires members to remove clothing (hat) in order to do business. Edit to reply to the owner's response - I don't care about your "risk management" decisions. Requiring people to remove articles of clothing is an unreasonable request. Other banks/CUs I've visited don't do this. You shouldn't either, just to save a buck. You wouldn't ask a customer to shave their beard "to better identify" them. You wouldn't ask people to remove their makeup. You wouldn't ask people to remove their coats. Get better cameras if a freaking hat is such an issue."

"Sometimes I get great service here and sometimes I leave without even being able to get basic needs from my own account. Hit or miss I guess. I recommend making an appointment if you do shared banking. ATM is easy to use."

"This branch is great! I don't like banking at all with banks. Then I needed a bank account for certain things in life so I started comparing and looking around. I gave InTouch a try due to them being a credit union anyone can join, fee were perfect, rates were what I needed, and the first time I went in everyone was professional.
