"I scheduled an appointment online using their appointment system on the website. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, March 24, 2023 at 6:00pm. I received 2 text reminders for my appointment and then 1 hour before my appointment I received another text reminder for my appointment at 6:00pm. My husband and I got to this location at 5:52pm. The building was dark and the door was locked. My husband knocked on the door and we waited until 6:00pm to see if someone would unlock the door and no one did. I called the number on the door and after speaking with the owner we were informed that the Manager had left 10 minutes prior and she could return in 10 minutes; which would now make 15 minutes late per our 6:00pm appointment time. The owner informed me that the Manager would turn around, return and I would receive a 25% discount off the fee; but online it states that they were giving 30% off their fee; which is why I initially booked the appointment; so that amount is less than what was advertising online. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the owner was very friendly. But this location is very unprofessional. I received a reminder text literally 1 hour before my appointment. Why would the manager leave to go home? It is tax season, why leave early especially when there are appointments scheduled? It is clear that the manager did not even look to see if there were appointments before she left. Unfortunately I cannot recommend to anyone."
