"The shop is very unprofessional, I went in to purchase parts for my build. One of the employees looked up the part I needed for my build and grabbed it off of the shelf and sold it to me. It ended up being the wrong part and was not refunded any money or exchanged for the correct one. (All sales are final) Then they tell me they would install the parts for free and then charged me anyway. I definitely will be going to Liberty Arms in Reno from now on. The shop knows what they are doing and will not make a customer eat the cost of their screw up..."

"Bought a Taurus Judge from SBR with a box of .45 ammo. Checked the box later, found that it could not be used in the Judge. SAID SO ON BOX. Returned to SBR who said nothing could/would be done. Now, I'm stuck with a box of shells I cant use. Will not be returning to a store that does not have knowledgeable employees, or customer service."
