"I was dropped from my insurance co of 35 years for moving to a fire zone. Luckily my new insurance required a new valuation on my valuable jewelry (not much!) back in January. Brad did a formal valuation of my wedding ring, engagement ring and a necklace I received for my 20th anniversary. He then helped me and went through dozens of recently inherited pieces telling me the synthetics (some excellent replicas) from the real. He’s not cheap. But his service was invaluable in my opinion. He spent an hour+ With me and I now feel so fortunate I went. As a few months later I was physically assaulted and robbed of two of the pieces he did insurance evaluations on. "If I could give zero stars...I would have!!! I bought a lab grown emerald from a VERY reputable second generation owned local jeweler (my family has been going there for 30 years) for $447.00 gem is papered in 2017. This guy said it was worth only $25.00. I also had the ring appraised for $85.00 from the same jeweler in 2017 before I replaced the gem. Now that my jeweler no longer has an appraiser on staff, they referred myself to this appraiser only because he is the only one in town and he charged me $420.00 for 3 pieces!!! I let my jeweler know and they will NOT be referring to him ANYMORE!!! Stay FAR AWAY from this man!!! He will only rip you off!!!"
