"If I could give zero starts I would. I had a horrible experience with Ph.D. Taxes (Judy and Irene – the owner) as my tax accountant. Despite providing them with all the necessary documents and information on time, they failed to help us file, resulting in a penalty(s) from the IRS. When my wife tried to contact them for assistance, they were unresponsive and did not seem to care about the situation. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistake or offer compensation or a solution to the problem. To make matters worse, I found out later that there were errors in my tax return that my wife had to fix on her own, which led to more stress and wasted time. You will understand if you read the owner's response to my wife on Yelp reviews. Therefore, I would not recommend Judy or Irene to anyone seeking reliable and responsible tax services. I would only recommend them only if you were my enemy."
