"I worked with Julie since 2016 and never had any issue. She always was offering judicious advices as far as the few LLC we gave her to work on. she was also able to help me when I was not familiar with all the documents needed. Yes, as most CPAs, she is not always available right when we want but she always reply within days (2 to 3 days maximum). Once we determined the best process to put in place for our taxes, she is even very nice and genuinely care about her clients. We meet once a year in person and most of our interactions are online, emails or texts which is very convenient! She was originally recommended to me from a friend who used her services for a decade before closing her LLC! I recommended her to multiple business owners and none of them had any issue of any sort. She does the job, on time and she does it well! Her style is straight to the point. I ask her clear questions and she gives me clear answer. She tells me which documents are needed and once provided, the job is done! We are happy with Julie! We will continue using Julie Zerga and her company Moneta CPA for the many years to come!"

"Julie lacks consistent business practices and communication to her clients. A company I work for utilizes her and has no issues, however my experience has been very different. My husband and I filed with her and she failed to communicate changes to us that we didn’t know the impact of until we received our tax return (huge difference). I also have a small business that I am in the midst of filing for nonprofit status for. I decided to continue working with her for this even though her communication was lacking, because she was referred to from our trusted former CPA that went into retirement, and because the company I work for had no issues. I chalked it up to be busy season for her. She assured me she had filed an extension for my taxes for my business and said she would assist in helping me to file for 501c3. I collected everything she requested and provided it to her in a google drive link. She wasn’t responsive, and so I had to keep following up via email and calling her office (I experienced this previously too but chalked it up to busy season). I didn’t always leave a voicemail because she never returned voicemails before, but her receptionist always said she was checking to see if she was in, then would come back and say she wasn’t in. This went on for months - during the summertime which should not be busy. The company I work for called the same day I was told she wasn’t in, and she talked to them and said I was on her list of clients to call back and she’d call me in a few weeks. That was a Monday, and the next Monday came and went with no contact from her. I emailed her letter her know I was no longer doing business with her as she was unreachable for months. There was no auto-response in her emails saying she was out of town, her receptionist always checked to see if she was in first so that gave no sign of her being out of town either. Her excuse in email response to me after saying I was no longer doing business with her was that she was out of town and even out of the country. If that is the case any profsssional knows to setup an auto response on their email, and to let their receptionist know. Now a few more months have gone by and I find out that she never filed my tax extension like she said she did. I’m guessing if I was a big paying client like the company I work for she would provide better service. I definitely do not recommend Julie Zerga."
