"Very disappointed in the overall experience I had when I was really looking forward to working with Montti Tax Services. I'm a US citizen living abroad earning a foreign income. I happened to be in Vegas on vacation, and figured since I was back in the US I would connect with a Professional Tax Filing Service to have my unique case reviewed. I am aware that Nevada is not my state of residence and the implications my tax situation may have HOWEVER - I walked in one day and was advised that Kristi Montti will hear my case and see if she can assist. Kristi advised me that she also has an aunt with a similar situation to mine, and she's willing to help me but she will need to do further research but she's excited for the learning opportunity as she's never completed a filing situation like mine. Relieved I finally had an answer, or atleast was taking a step in the right direction - I gladly gave all my personal documents such as my SSN, Driver's License etc to Kristi. She had advised me that she's not too sure if she will be able to successfully file my taxes but she will atleast try and should she be unsuccessful she WILL contact me most likely through email to let me know, and share alternatives at that time. She gave herself a week's deadline to get back to me and since I am aware of my complex filing situation I was more than lenient since I was happy to have at least found someone to help. Well it's been about four months since, and Kristi GHOSTED me I never got a yes or no never heard a single thing from her again after she already took all my personal documents. Like I said I know my situation is complex, and I wasn't even in my home state so I was prepared for a no, and would've been happy she even tried but to ghost me and never give me a single answer or anything at all after taking down all my personal information is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have since found other means of filing my taxes but thank you for absolutely nothing but wasting my time."
