"Tax preparer was absolutely outstanding on all fronts. H and R Block IT is horrendous. The applications are inefficient and unclear which means no one consulted the tax preparers on how to make it better - it was done cheaply. Phone system is antiquated and inefficient. Billing by the page for tax prep means you are unfortunately paying for every 1099, etc. instead of a price for 5 and then more for each additional at say, $2. The system of billing is ridiculous and it is a good thing FTC is investigating them. Paying $40 for a guarantee something was done right in case of audit is fraud as one should be able to trust their accountant without 'insurance'. Employees did not know about Treasury Direct (Gov't bonds) and there was no way for people to disambiguate paperwork once attached to one e-mail (I prepared my deceased mother's paperwork and mine which I thought would be two separate accounts.....) Overall experience was unpleasureable and dysfunctional except for original person I worked with. H and R Block can do better - they choose to do things cheaply and ineffectively."
"wow I just called in for questions and Latrice kept telling me "I don't know, I don't know!" then she placed me on hold because she got annoyed of doing her job! Disgusting Customer Service!! Negative ZERO, TRASH!"
"This place is a scam in Vegas wouldn’t trust them with information my best friend been going to Hr block for 20 years all of sudden her money gets stolen off her off her card dealing with business at Sahara branch in Vegas not even the fraud department helped with situation some one stealing it’s a inside job"

"We arrived early for our appointment and they were able to assist us immediately. We were served by Kim Ren at the 8465 W Sahara Ave Ste 106, Las Vegas, NV 89117 location. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful with all our questions. She went above and beyond in her assistance with our needs and when she saw a charge from 2016 she did her best to see why we were charged so much in a fee that was a $311, and when she recalculated as much as she could she saw that we could have been charged only around $90. This impressed us and look forward to requesting her again when we need to get our taxes filed again. I should not that I have been using H & R Block for over 10 years."
