"I haven't used their service but based of how their drivers drive I would use any other company but them! They're rude, doesn't value or care about safety & are unprincipled! This person tailgated me (mind you we were in a school/ residential zone), & nearly ran me off the road. I actually felt so unsafe, I pulled over."

That is past the 10 days I have. I asked to be put on a cancellation list, and the customer service person said you don't have one. All it takes is a pen and a piece of paper and some call backs. All sales people would LOVE to have people waiting to do business with them!"

Service was done well, employees were always on time and friendly and were able to answer all of our questions. From quote, to tear out to the cement subcontractor to the plaster guys and especially Brianna , our contact at Adam's that worked with us and our schedule the entire way! We absolutely adore our newly refinished blue quartz surface ."

"The only pool company I have been in contact with that actually seems to care about customer satisfaction and craftsmanship!!! We started our pool process with Anthony & Sylvan back in Feb of 2021 and every step since we cut the first check has been horrible. Adam's was sent out to look at our pebble finish and fix some of the work. The guys were very patient and respectful, they answered all my questions. They understood my complaints, even the ridiculous ones - I'm a bit overwhelmed and fed up with all that has gone wrong, so maybe I'm a bit nit picky at this point. I truly feel that they are going above and beyond to make sure I am happy. I can't say that about any other pool company I've been in contact with. My husband and I had given up hope that people still had any work ethic. Adam's Pool Solutions seem to care about the craftsmanship of their product and their customer's satisfaction.
