"Who even are these people?? We had an issue on Monday and gave a few companies a call around us. A company called (not this one) promptly the next day and we had our pool issue resolved. Four days from that, this company called and never left a message, and the proceeded to call every few minutes, again without leaving a message. We finally answered once we figured it MAY be a pool company, and let them know that we had it resolved and no need to call multiple times in a row. Especially the hang up and call back strategy. It is now 6pm on CHRISTMAS EVE, and they called AGAIN. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and deserves this rating they have. Hopefully, people read this and go elsewhere."

"I cannot give CPR high enough marks. My pump went out the evening before house guests were to arrive. Marcel the owner personally came out in the middle of the night and evaluated the issue. By 6pm the next day the new pump motor and all the ancillary parts were in and working beautifully. This was done at a fair and very competitive price that fit my budget. "If I could give them no starts I would. Very unprofessional, no one could maintain the ph balance and it was messing with our skin. they never showed up on time if at all when we you aid then monthly to come out once a week. when they did they didn’t change the filters and through a bunch of chemicals in. More like a scam than a business. Highly recommend NEVER using this service."

"Had to call every week for them to come out, and then still have to wait two days to show up on top of the week neglected. I once waited 3 weeks for someone to come out, without being reimbursed for my payment. When they do show up they are in and out within minutes only skimming the water. Very unprofessional."

"I've called this man and he assured me that he will come to see my relays. He seems honest and very nice and knowledgable. He took out the time to help me over the phone and answer all my questions. Very nice. I will review more after the job is completed. So far I think he is fair in price and reasonable. And reliable."
