The tile setter said it was the first time working with this tile and he loved it and said it will be easy to maintain and keep clean. Good! So we can swim and not clean the pool all the time. 12/5/23 update the look of the tile with water in the pool."

"Terrible customer service. NPT/SCP has been a supply house for us for years, finally this week has broke me, I will never use them again. I called on Thursday 4/26/2018 and asked for mosaic pricing. I supplied a list of "part numbers" to the CSR as my account rep was too busy to take my call. I asked that they get me pricing back by Friday 4/27/2018. On Tuesday 5/1/2018 I called for a status, the CSR told me that she had my list and pricing that she was sending it right over, 2 hours pass and nothing. CSR then calls back to verify our account, mind you I have already done this twice, once on the 26th and once on the 1st, guess what, the CSR has input our quote to the wrong account name so she will have to redo it, but, it wont take long she says. 3 hours later I get a call from our account rep, who was too busy last week and is just getting to return my call, she says that the CSR has lost my list of mosaics I need pricing for and that she needs the list again. I did not have the list with me, I told her I would have to call back, I was told that they were closing for the evening and that I should call back at 6:30am the following day. I called today 5/2/18 3 times and left 2 messages for the account rep and 1 for the CSR. The account rep just called back, she said she can have me pricing in 3-4 days. WHAT A JOKE! I did not give her the list, I will be ordering from somewhere else from here on out."
