"Contact them to add a rail to my pool and some fencing. After some emails back and forth we decided on a date to have a technician look at my pool for an estimate on price and what can be done. Cleared my day for the visit. Received a email the night before if they could push it to another date. I had already wasted one day but I really wanted to get this rail installed so I said ok. Come the next visit I'm told the technician will be there first thing between the hours of 8 and 11 am. 11 am rolls by no technician. I canceled my day again and just told them to not bother coming. If you can't respect someone time you obviously don't want their business."
