"I took some friends to see Kent Axell’s Ghost Stories at the Mandalay Bay, because I’d heard it was phenomenal. We saw several shows on the Vegas Strip that week, but Axell’s show was by far the most memorable. We were still talking about it weeks later! From the very start Axell hooked our attention, and kept us mesmerized during the entire weird and wonderful experience. Axell lightened the mood in just the right spots with smart, irreverent humor, but the lighter moments never got in the way of the truly eerie and mind bending moments. Is he a magician? Or something more? Only he knows for sure, but I got high praise from my buddies for picking this awesome experience for our group. Kent Axell’s Ghost Stories is truly of the hidden gems of Vegas. "Holy cow this show is nuts. I know it has to be some trick behind all the magic but it certainly doesn’t feel like that. Home boy up there was able to tell one of my best friends accurate details about HIS childhood memories. The venue too is stellar. It’s hidden, cosy, and you are right next to all the action. I was a few feet from the tricks and watching him like a hawk and I don’t know how he managed any of it. I also am a bit of an accidental heckler (I’m loud, expressive, and often speak before i think) and he was able to even incorporate some of my outbursts into the show. Now idea how he does it but it’s amazing"
