"My wife and I were dreaming about a hot tub for our retirement home and we found Creative Hot Tub Designs after an image search for a design we liked. A semi-inground spa with a rock surround. We stopped in and were greeted by Tommy who took the time to listen to what were a very many questions as we had never owned a hot tub. He was very patient and walked us through the ownership of a tub and we decided to move forward. We then were fortunate enough to work with the rest of the team, from Ellie- who scheduled our project, Jason who was our project manager, Bo who dug out our spa and managed to maintain our existing landscape with literally no damage, the installers who took the time to match the stonework as it met at the corners of the design and were clearly passionate about the finished product. We met Christina who is one of the owners and she stressed that she would not accept anything less than perfection for herself and that attitude is shared by everyone we worked with. We also worked with Natasha who manages the maintenance portion of the company. She spent lots of time with us on the phone making sure we understood how to use our new hot tub. Everyone we worked with at Creative Hot Tub Design was professional, caring and interested in our satisfaction... "If your looking to purchase a hot tub, the entire team at Creative Hot Tubs stand behind their tubs and actually deliver on their promises. We had an unfortunate manufacturing defect leak issue that the Creative Hot Tubs team worked diligently to correct. However, they reassured and communicated upfront throughout the repair process they would stand behind their repair work. Unfortunately, the leak could not be successfully repaired. The Creative Hot Tube Team, went back to the factory and had them honor the warranty and replace the whole tube with a new tub, brand new!!! WOW…that’s customer service!!! I’m forever grateful to the entire Creative Hot Tub Team!!! Thank-You!!!"
