"Today I was post to get two Amazon packages and from Amazon it said both delivered but only one came.please post office do not say both been delivered when only one has"

"I sent a holiday package from Florida to maui and forgot to write the suite number. A delivery attempt was made but they said the address was incomplete so I called the phone number on the receipt to provide the complete address but it was not relayed to the post office in Maui. I called Kihei post office directedly, several times, but they do not answer the phone! Instead of holding onto the package and allowing me to provide the suite number they are shipping it back to me and now my gift will not come in time for the thanksgiving holiday. I'm very disappointed and frustrated by the poor customer service. PS They called me at midnight my time to tell me they are shipping it back. I was sleeping. They could have called me the next morning and spoken with me. Horrible experience."

"They installed upgraded group mailbox without notice disrupting our delivery for a week. Now postmaster refuses to give key for new box without ownership proof despite having had this business address for over 26 years. Mail for bank statements, credit card statements and bills are all missing from my "held" mail at Kihei Post office. Don't know if they're tampering with my mail, loosing it or somebody stealing it.. no answers. Just a nightmare and NO Aloha from this Post office. Used to be a great post office, not so much now! I've been filling out USPS survey for Kihei for 20+ years. :-("

"Left note for delivery person, that I don't have a key to the mailbox and if he could drop off at front desk or at the door. He left me a note that package would be at the post office for pickup. The post office person (after a 20 minute line wait) said it's was delivered to the address, I showed them the note that the delevery person left me stating the package was at the postoffice. Vacation over flying out7 days without my medication. pure federal government workers"

"At peak times there's often a long line. However, I have always found the postal workers here very helpful and willing to give advice. A very nice lady helped me pick the right option for sending something international registered."
