"Do not use this service!! I paid for a delivery that was then not needed. Alan not only failed to refund me, but also stole my credit card information to make personal purchases. It doesn’t stop there. I just received a email saying my card was declined for a $350 delivery yesterday (obviously made up) and that I needed to add new payment info. Alan is totally unethical and criminal."

"Delta failed to deliver our luggage when we arrived in Maui and it took 2 days for it to arrive. When it did finally come, the airport refused to deliver it to us at our resort. Alan was a lifesaver!! Our travel agent contacted him last minute and he was able to deliver our luggage to us with very short notice. Traveling with a 3 month old and 2.5 year old, this was huge since we didn’t have to haul them the 45 minutes back to the airport to get it. Alan was incredibly friendly and took great care of our items. If you need a courier service, this is the way to go!"

I live in the eastern part of the US and I had to get a charging cable to a family member who was ill in hospital on Maui so they could use their phone.
