"Drove 3 hours from Far East side of Maui to pick up a box with a tank liner in it. They would not let me take it because I came after their 10:45 cut off time. The website says their gates are open until 3pm, I was there at 1pm. I was very upset because it was going to be an all day drive to come back another day. Seems like the kind thing to do would have been to help me for 15 minutes. The box would not need a forklift to move, per the excuse to send me on my way. My wife forgot the details of a phone call we received and we tried to look it up on the website but did not see any mention of the shortened pick up time. I regret being so upset but the long drive from the Hana area is very stressful now with all the traffic. In my business we make exceptions all the time to help our customers out."
