"The quality has gone down do much at the kahului location. Go to the Wailuku one of you can. $53.27 I got stale fries, stale loaded tacos and flat soda. No carbonation. My jumbo jack was loaded with way to much mayo & ketchup. My arteries are officially clogged. Their oreo cookie shake & Fanta fruit punch are the only things I can count on tasting good on their menu. There was NO one in line at the drive thru but us. Not sure how we got the stalest food."

"Visited 2 days in a row through the drive thru window. The employees were friendly but both days we had to repeat our order as it seems like they couldn't hear us. Forgot to give us our drink as well."

"The food is pretty good for fast food, it's Jack-in-the-box after all. The service is pretty bad. The cashier who took our order was sarcastic, impatient, and overall quite rude. Consequently, this restaurant, even though it's fast food, can improve on its customer service. The place is only open for take-out (dine-in not available) which would have been great to know beforehand. The place took awhile to get our food and had several items such as Tiny Tacos and Sweet Tea unavailable. Overall, it's nothing special, move along. If you choose to get take-out just know it's nothing bad or good, just okay."

"Service at this Jack in the Box is typically fast and the restaurant itself is kept relatively well. I order the chicken strips when I come but will occasionally get one of their munchie meals if I am feeling hungrier than normal. The quality of the food is somewhat inconsistent, but is still better than many of their competitors when not made perfectly. The munchie meals give you such a good value as long as you can eat the whole box, though the sauce on their tacos is pretty terrible in my opinion. Definitely get the tacos with no sauce or at least the sauce on the side. All in all, this Jack in the Box is a good place to grab some food, but the inconsistency of the food quality bumps it down to a 4 star for me. Now if they brought back their mozzarella cheese sticks and marinara sauce, we'd be singing a different tune. Those were the absolute most delicious things Jack in the Box ever had on their menu."

"The only item we eat are the Tacos 2 for $1.29! They are addictive especially with the hot taco sauce, ketchup and perhaps a bit of Tabasco! Otherwise, this location attracts some interesting folk, so it turns into an inexpensive meal with entertainment!"
