Lāhainā Post Office 132 Papalaua Street, Lahaina, HI 96761

"Employee by the name of Jeannette was very nice and helpful. The unfortunate part of this post office is they post a phone number on their website that no one ever picks up on and it is a local number attempted to recover an Amazon shipment several days that was handled through the post office. The postal carrier was supposed to pull it from private mail box ( we were renting a condo) and drop off at condo office. Never happened and since they never pick up the phone, we could not retrieve were the package was placed. Frustrating as it was for a medical device that we stated to them of the importance. Frustrating."

"I received a pickup notification for a package that required a signature. I went to the post office to pick it up and was told they couldn't find it, but they would call me when they did. 5 days later, I returned to the post office and was told the package is gone and I can file a claim with USPS. Are you serious??? How do you lose a package that was already on the truck for delivery."

"Closing the Post Office and going home before 4:00 pm is called STEALING! We came to the PO today and saw 3 other people come and tried to open the door between 3:40-3:45pm. Shame on you. You are the reason why the PO gets a bad reputation. I would give you 0 stars if I could!"

Very clean and always well stocked with boxes inside and out, they even have a self service mail machine!
