"It is a pleasure to have a superior mail carrier. Malia goes out of her way to make sure all customers in the neighborhood are taken care of with all their mail daily. She is thoughtful, courteous, friendly, accommodating, professional, efficient and always has a smile on her face. We are all quite fortunate to have her on our route. The staff at the Kaneohe post office are also friendly, efficient and professional too, especially the male staff person who works in the back sorting area. I'm not sure if he places the mail in the post office boxes, but he assisted me late one evening with a large box that was stuck in the drop box inside."

"Generally good, friendly service but sometimes it's slow. I have a PO Box at this location and often have to go inside to pick up packages when they won't fit in my box & they've run out of package boxes to use. Usually the staff will periodically offer to take anyone just picking up packages immediately & I won't have to wait in line long which is really nice. When I do have to wait it can be annoyingly, teeth grindingly slow. There's a self service mail kiosk in the lobby area that lets u avoid the line or mail things after hours; u can weigh out anything u want to mail & purchase the appropriate postage & additional services like package insurance right there. It's super easy to use & a nice alternative to going inside & waiting in line."
