"Definitely the worst McDonald's I've been to on the island, quite possibly worldwide. When going through the drive through, they will send you away from the window to a parking spot. This will fool the corporate sensors that track the time of each order into thinking this is a well operating location when in fact it is not. You will regularly wait in excess of 5 minutes after pulling away from the window to get your food sometimes up to 15"
"Two bad experiences at this location. I came for breakfast and ordered a #3 at 4am before work. The man at the register had a strong accent and charged me for a dinner #3 and the manager had to fix it- he didn't apologize or acknowledge his mistake- he seemed more upset that I corrected his error. I came back today around 8am and ordered another #3 and he came out and saw that it was me. Strangely l, I got a 'sprunch' instead of the drink I ordered. He talked to the other cashier and openly laughed and looked me in the eye smirking... Not sure what he did to that drink but I wasn't drinking it. Called the manager and told her. This location normally isn't unprofessional but I can definitely see a change happening. While I prefer McDonalds, Jack in the Box and Burger King are are decent alternatives. Really disappointed."
"Everybody the reason why McDonald's is a favorite place for me are the buy one get one free "receipt" coupon that is activated upon taking the survey& receiving the code number to buy a quarter pounder w/cheese or an egg McMuffin & get one free! Everything is so expensive today l am always looking for ways to get the best value for my $ and 2 for 1 works for me! God bless!"
"Worst McDonalds on the island I can’t I can’t get a good oatmeal I’m the morning they always put too much water to where the oatmeal is watery soup and not edible. I always have to go back In And switch it out because they mess it up every time! Also I let it sit for how ever long to see if it thickins up and nope still water. Not to mention hi w long it takes to get an ice cream cone 10 minutes minimum. The photo i showed I let it sit for 15 min and stirred it and it got cold by that time and it was still water. Some workers nice but still nobody know how to make a simple oatmeal"
