"They got our Expiration date wrong on our debit card for our automatic payments ! No worries ! So my husband pays them in person ,now they changed it to credit or debit only again no worries we can do that even though no one let us know of the change and he leaves work to pay it so it can be a little upsetting ! I don’t pay this bill my husband does I called to pay it over the phone they transferred me 3 different times not sure why I speak both Spanish and English! I can handle that the girl who answered my call told me not to worry about paying it as it was set up for automatic payments! I asked when my payment was due both times they told me on the 13 and today they told me the 13 was when my 10 day grace period ended ! But she also informed me that within my 10 days I would still get a late charge I explained to her how they took down the wrong exp date for our car and I called a week before it was due to pay it and they told me everything was taking care of and she still kept the late charge on ! I’m a little upset that they made it our issues and never tried to fix it ! I work for car insurance payments and we can definitely were able to remove late charges for customers ! It’s not the money it’s the experience with their customer service that upsets me"
