"Desert springs has cleaned our pool for years. Years... When Saul was cleaning, it was properly cleaned. Since then , nope, Shelley, in charge of the pool division could care less as long as we are paid up. The pool had not been vacuumed for at least 3 months, hoses clogged. The settings were all screwed up , costing us extra money on power bills , because the pool man had no clue as to how to maintain the correct settings . When we asked Shelley about this, she denied that the settings were incorrect.. did not send anyone out to check,we were gone at that time . She plain does not care...oh well .. will tell all to stay away from Shelley and desert springs. We cancelled them.. Because of our cancelling their pool service, they cancelled our yard contract... Adios Desert Springs.."
"While looking for a pool company to build our pool only good thing was sales rep Ryan went in designed our layout of our pool and all seemed to be good started building on 12/21/21 they first dug per my contract the time for completion was to be 12-16 weeks after digging. Well they have the worst customer service for communication lack there of. Good luck…. They had the excavator in my backyard for almost 30 days just sitting again lack of communication not only between themselves internally but with customers they claimed due to weather there was absolutely no weather issues but being cold. Pool did not get completed till 2nd week of May. And that was from me constantly calling to complain once they finish the digging instead of scheduling the next step after one is completed they wait last minute and takes forever. After phone call, after phone call and email after email it’s draining and very time consuming. Again GOOD LUCK. Fast forward now September our pool pump stopped working on the app and was not running and with the triple digits the pool needs to run or will get and start to build algae called last week 9/5 to schedule someone to come out as under warranty was told and marked my calendar 9/6 come that day late afternoon no one showed up Starr in the warranty department (the only one who can make these appointments) she claimed it was for 9/7 I waited and the tech came out for all about 15 mins to determine we needed to contact Pentair for warranty claim and that it would be early the following week as (pentair takes 72 hrs alone to get back to them they again “CLAIM”). He had to set the pool to run on a timer. Fast forward to this coming week I called early week left a message for Star to check the status and not available left her a message. (Don’t hold your breathe for a response not even a courtesy 24 hrs later) called back again as still no response called back 9/15 still Star not available left her another voicemail in the morning at 7:32 at 2:30 called back and she is still not available then asked to speak to someone else was told. Can talk to the GM was then told I have to send an email I said no thanks why would I send an email NO I NEED ANSWERS. Reached out to my sales rep for assistance to be told he’ll let Star and the I assume GM know. Took matters into my own hands and called Pentair and guess what 30 mins later I got an appointment for today the following day. So yeah thanks for nothing Desert Springs lack of communication and Piss Poor Customer Service….. would NOT recommend unless you care less. Would rate NO STAR but it does not allow you to do so. Make sure to read reviews and do your research for such a large expense."
"Couldn’t be happier! We were new to Vegas and heard varying stories about long wait times, supply issues & unmet expectations between customers and their pool companies. NOT THE CASE WITH DESERT SPRINGS POOLS & SPAS. All the personnel associated with the project…designer, project manager and back-office staff understood our concerns when they arose and were proactive in creating solutions; like when the waterline tile we selected wound up being out of stock when installation time rolled around. Cannot say enough about the professionalism, communication, attentive customer care & timely scheduling from Desert Spring in transforming our dreams into an amazing reality."
"After a horrible experience with a different pool and spa repair company that lasted 3 months with no completed repair, customer contact or honesty, we contacted Desert Springs Pools and Spas. We spoke to a representative, Shelly, who was helpful, responsive and professional. The tech, Saul, came out within 4 days of our call and our repair was completed. If you're looking for a reasonably priced company that has excellent customer service, I highly recommend this one. I will definetly use them in the future."
