About the Business
LBC Express - Waipahu Branch is a shipping institution located at 94-210 Leokane Street in Waipahu, Hawaii, United States. They provide services for packaging and sending items, with specific guidelines to ensure the safety of your items during transit. Customers are advised to select the appropriate box size based on the number of items being packed, and to avoid overfilling or extending the height of the box. Breakable items should be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in the center of the box, while liquids and powdered goods must be sealed in individual containers. Greases and strongly-scented items should be packed in durable tins or containers. It is important to fill any empty spaces in the box with crumpled newspaper or styrofoam peanuts to prevent items from shifting during transport. All items being sent must be listed and declared, and boxes should be sealed with double layers of packing tape and labeled with a "this side up" sticker to prevent mishandling. Please note that certain items are only allowed via sea cargo.

"Poor CS sounds like unhelpful and ungrateful I understand life is hard and overwhelming But at least have a sound of respect ka bayan!!! Cancelling my booking"
"Took a few tries but someone did pick up the phone. They were very kind and gave specific directions and information. I was able to find out what I called for and she even gave me advice about sending my box air cargo. She was very helpful for sure."
"Very upsetting with this company as they are very unprofessional. No phone etiquette as they do not answer or respond back to phone calls. They always cancel for pick up due to their driver having to work another job. Even with complaints of cancellatiins they never call you back. Not even a phone call from their manager Erma. Workers always speaking in filipino language in front of customers that only speak and understand english. Workers always on their phone speaking to someone else on face time and not making their custimers first priority. I would never patronize this business ever again for their lack of response and their unprofessionalism."
"Should’ve read reviews on yelp before I deciding to ship my box with LBC. I took morning off on a Monday because the lady said it’ll be picked up in the morning. It’s now 3pm and no pick up. I called a bunch of times from 12noon. Took forever before someone from the waipahu branch answered (not exaggerating, I called more than 20 times) it kept on getting forwarded to their main line in the Philippines which tells me they can’t help me, they can’t keep track of where the driver is and they don’t have any information besides my name and address. When someone did answer From the waipahu branch, she was unsure what time the pick up is gonna be. She said she’ll call me back once she gets a hold of the driver. No calls.. I’ve wasted an entire day doing nothing but waiting on them to pick up the box. Not even a notification or a phone call to tell me they are running late and I can go and run errands or go to work. This is the first and last time I’m using this service. I heard ATLAS by seafood city is way way better and cheaper too. Please take your business somewhere else.. this is so not worth the stress. They are so unprofessional."
"Very poorly managed company. The customer service representatives are nosy and unhelpful. The list of items they refuse to ship is very very long and unreasonable. They insist on inspecting every item (including cards for special events) that you attempt to ship, and if they subjectively deem an item to be 'hazardous' (for example, they refused a bottle of Guava Jam from the Big Island) they will not accept it as a shipment. They also wont accept gift cards being mailed because they think a gift card is cash (gift cards are not cash and can be mailed with the USPS or the Philippine Post. They have the right to deny it, but I will never use LBC for anything again. DHL can deliver for usually the same price, although they were cheaper for the destination I have been sending packages to. Just like their Filipino counterparts, this company is behind the times and unprofessional."
