"They are the slowest jack in the box I’ve ever been to, it’ll take me atleast 45 mins to get my food specially during midnight, but never the less, it’s called fast food, plus other stores are busier ( traffic wise) and they still quicker to pass your food out. They even close their dine-in area really earl. It’s not convenient at all, and really terrible time management"
"Just order 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, I ask one of crew taking care my online order if I can check the bags, she just ignore me and start stapling my order. I came home and give one of the sandwiche to my mom and she said; chicken is tuff. I look at it and touch the chicken patty it's cold and hard like a rock. She ask me to just microwave it to make it soft. This is ridiculous they shouldn't serve this. What a waits of time and gas. I came back and assisted by the very nice manager Ms. M and she was sorry however the crew that take care my order did not even acknowledge me, come to find out she's also a manager Jane. She need to go back training with her customer service. Plesse fix it so sad this store is use to be a training store and I use to work also here years ago."
"Went to Jack in the box place my order I ask for my food to be cooked to order when I got my food the fries were over cooked. I try calling but I guest they too busy to answer the phone. I called several times and no one picks up. If I have a problem with my food I would like someone to answer the phone and address my concerns."
"I stopped by this Jack in the Box because I lived here 20 years ago and my kids & I would stop here. I food was good but I was disappointed in the service. It was very very slow. There were two people ahead of me and I waited almost 15 minutes to give my order. My food came fast though."
