"Absolutely horrible customer service. They tried get me to change my routing number of my bank that I use to make payments on my lian. After many calls I have to pay an extra $9 every month to make payments with my debit card. Every call to customer service ends with me hanging up due to them repeatedly saying with strange accent " I cannot understand what you are saying ". Also, customer service reps sound like they are in extremely loud bar with partying and laughter in background."
