"Treated badly by paralegal in his office. Rude unsympathetic to my medical situation. Had 2 neck surgeries since December. I'm self employed. Prior 2018 had hip and knee replacements . I'm a cosmetologist and permanent makeup artist. Unable to work,since pandemic virus now. Ask for refund since I haven't completed paperwork, as I was able to get a lawyer thru nevada civil rights pro bono. The paralegal Mike on 2 different occasions has spoken to me so unprofessionally condicending and demeaning . I just cant even belive he's in this law firm. Very disappointed that I have no choice in my current situation. As Mike told me I'd never get my money back .sorry he even answered the phone. I could forget it."
