"Called for a consultation on Monday. The intake person was unprofessional and kept playing the, "I can't hear you" game- until I asked for a manager. Called again on Tuesday to follow up. It is now Thursday and I still haven't received any calls or email responses, not even for a first consultation. Even the EEOC got back to me and started my official claim already. Wasting my time before I'm an actual client is very bad. Giving them one more day before I move on."
